BISE Multan Board Matric Part 2 Date Sheet 2023
The Intermediate and Secondary Board of education Multan was established in 1968. It is one the oldest and largest BISE board of Pakistan. The BISE Board Multan has responsibility to conduct examinations and prepare results intermediate and matriculation classes of all public and private schools and colleges of Multan District. The BISE Board Multan administers annual and supplementary examinations and results of almost 400,000 candidates every year. The number of candidates increases highly each year. The BISE Multan Board jurisdiction is consisted of: Khanewal District, Vehari District, Multan District and Lodhran District. The Board also gives certificates and awards to deserving students in an event held at its headquarter every year.
The BISE Board Multan has its rules and regulations set under designed provided by Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act, 1976. The Government of Punjab is controlling authority of BISE Multan Board and it is an autonomous organization which has legislative authority to renew, reform, plan, develop, organize and withdraw the administrative and financial matters of its affiliated institutes in the areas of its jurisdiction.

The board of secondary and intermediate education has a major role in execution of educational policies in its jurisdiction areas. The assurance of quality education and its development is largely dependent on measures taken by BISE boards. They regularly conduct investigations surveys in its affiliated institutes to oversee the teaching and learning standards are being implemented as prescribed. The administration of BISE board is managed by finances attained through admissions and registrations fee of students.
The Federal Government pays special attention in sketching effective and highly standardized curriculum for students. The curriculum imparted by BISE boards all over Pakistan is basis of development of education system in Pakistan. After curriculum the next step is providence of fair and unbiased examinations and results systems. A standardized examinations and testing is as necessary as content of transmitted curriculum. The board examinations are ultimate measuring tools of eligibility and quality of education of the students at certain level.
Even though the Government of Punjab has claimed to be spending amount of Rs.5000 on each student of public school, but the results of private schools has been more satisfactory. The teaching training and teaching facilities have also been upgraded by the Govt. in public schools but the system has failed to develop in the way it should have. The BISE Boards are comprised of huge budgets and have authority and power to cancel the certifications of institutes which fail to deliver standards of education in prescribed manner. The BISE Boards should take these responsibilities seriously and take strict measures to ensure quality of education.
The old and large Board of education such as Multan Board is liable to stand accountable for its performance. Although, over its work and performance has been commendable and satisfactory still more reformations need to be taken rapidly.
