Due to control, the prevalence of the coronavirus in the educational departments of Pakistan has been closed. This step is taken to prevent the people from this deadly virus. Although the decision will be reviewed depending upon the current scenario of the virus. The government has taken precautionary measures to further govern the issues related to coronavirus.

Cancellation of Board Examination

During the press conference, Minister of Education Shafqat Mahmood announced that the annual board examination will not be held until 1st June. All 29 boards of Pakistan will not conduct the exam according to the previously mentioned schedule. He said that he further discuss the issue with the education minister of all the provinces to make the new schedule for the examination.

Admission in Universities

The admission process in the universities will be extended for one month. After 1 month the procedure will be started and the student will take admission in their respected fields. But now no university is allowed to open up the registration process for admission. Moreover, foreign students are not allowed to stay in the hostel.

The Decision to reopen the Education Institutes

Educational institutes of Pakistan will remain close till 5th April. The decision to reopen the educational institutes will be made on 27th March by considering the situation at that time. It is not confirmed yet whether the institutes will be open after 5th April or not. The decision still has to make for confirmation of the further extension of the holidays. The teachers are also not allowed to visit the school, but authorities can call them according to their needs.
