Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi has starts its operation regarding education in its territory in year 1977. Before the establishment of this Board, these areas were come under the supervision of Sargodha Board. The strength of students increases every year due to which this areas were divide in two Boards. Rawalpindi Board is responsible for following territories like Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum and Rawalpindi. All the institute of these territories need to register with Rawalpindi Board to enroll their students as regular in annual examination. All the regular and non-regular students are allowed to appear in annual examination. The main objective of Rawalpindi Board is to spread education in every comer of districts.
