Swat Board commonly known Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Saidu Sharif Swat. Swat Board was establish in the year 1990 to manage and control the examination system for matriculation and intermediate classes for Swat and his affiliated regions. These following districts Buner, Shangla and Swat are affiliated with Swat Board. Swat Board is the only department to take annual examination for these regions in fair and crystal way. All the school and colleges in these regions needs to register themselves with Swat Board in order to appear their students in annual examination as regular students and also need to follow the rules make by Swat Board. Board had rights to close the school or college who is not following the Boards rules. Board also distribute prizes among the topper of the annual examination to appreciate the students.
